Round Robin 2009

This is my returned RR from 2009. I handed in the center block 'four seasons'. My theme was an all occasion quilt. And that's what I got! Great job girls!

Mother's Day Tribute

I made this for my dear mother-in-law Carrie Stouffer who passed away unexpectedly on December 8, 2008. She is sadly missed. She was very touched in receiving this gift and I know she enjoyed it very much.

Everyone,
I'm very new at 'blogging'. I want to share my love of quilting here and show my projects and tests and trials and such.

All I know is there's so much to do, and so little time to accomplish all that I want to achieve.

I started quilting in 2006 and have made so many new friends. Quilters are a wonderful group to be a part of.

I belong to Friendship Quilters Guild in Hagerstown, MD. Also am a member of 'Club' at Traditions. Traditions at the White Swan, National Pike, Hagerstown, MD is my favorite shop. I'm also in a Round Robin Group that is so very talented and pushes my creativity.

I made this for a dear friend and his wife,
Curtis & Mary Gordon. This is the 3rd
quilt I made. December, 2006.

I took this class, Dancing Stars, at Wilson's, August, 2007.

I got this free pattern at Traditions.
'Chocolatte'

I made this for my son,
Kevin, for his apartment.

This is Victorian Rose,
a free pattern I picked up
in Lancaster, PA with the
girls. Fabric from Traditions
at the White Swan.

Some of my finished projects

I love how my Aunt Gracie's quilt turned out!
The Jesus/Last Supper Quilt was a beginner's attempt and was a gift to my mother in law, December 2007.
